Such a great weekend! Play off weekend with friends new and old. Will do it again real soon. Nice to have bar and restaurant options. Valentines is right around the corner this will be a nice choice to consider. The bar is well stocked. Front seat is awesome 😎 …

My daughter had a large formal wedding on 12/30/23, for which she booked a room block and farewell brunch here. Unfortunately, my other daughter and I got COVID right before Christmas Eve arrival of the bride and my other 2 kids/partners so they had to stay here at the last minute. The hotel was so accommodating in every way. We all have lots of food allergies and the staff went above and beyond in researching ingredients and providing options for the brunch. 5 star experience!

Our rooms were clean but the liquids for showering and lotion were empty. The dinner was amazing, hats of to the chef and service. My main gripe is the check out, I asked for 30 minutes NOT an hour or two. The reception stated that she gave extension to others for hours and could not grant me 30 mins. Because of this it ruined our experience and we had planned on coming back in 3 days but have decided against it. Do better front desk lady, the people who check us in the night before were amazing and accommodating

The room I booked was for my sister who had a flight issue in another state and at the last minute she had to cancel. I called the staff at this Hilton and explained the situation and although it was past the time/date to cancel my room, they canceled it without any charges. I was so impressed with their customer service that I plan on booking a room again at this hotel in a few weeks.

The second stay we had was not as nice. The room wasn't cleaned good. The stay wasn’t horrible but we couldn’t get the heater to come on at first. Got it on but in the middle of the night it went berserk and sounded like a train in our room. I had to unplug it. Temps were in the single digits outside so that may have played a role. Other than that the bartender and customer service was great.

I'm a light sleeper and germ phobe.I actually slept very well and my room smelled fresh and clean. The building was sound proof. I didn't hear the road outside. Breakfast was delicious, server was very helpful. Good quality food. If you don't like hotels you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. I will be back.

I did the pre check in on the app the day before. At 230pm I got a credit card message I was checked in and was charged 2 nights. I am only staying 1 night. I did call the corporate number and they said that's how they do things here. I will watch to see the other half of my charge is returned. There was a pill under the bed I have my kid in. The bathroom wall were spattered and icky. And if you do have kids... the indoor pool is cool not warm (I like to know that since my kid always wants to go). Great location... you do have to pay for breakfast at the on-site Grill. So just be mindful. Good selection in gym for options.
